By accessing or using Ignitae (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
You must create an account to submit projects, leave feedback, or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Ignitae, including project descriptions, screenshots, feedback, and comments (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Ignitae a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform, in newsletters, and on social media for the purpose of operating and promoting Ignitae.
You must not submit content that:
Feedback submitted on Ignitae should be constructive, honest, and relevant to the project being reviewed. We reserve the right to remove feedback that is abusive, spam, or otherwise violates these terms.
Ignitae offers a paid Pro subscription with additional features. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@ignitae.com for refund requests.
Project boosts are one-time purchases that increase the visibility of a project in the feed for a limited time. Boosts are non-refundable once activated.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
Ignitae is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignitae and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Ignitae or its content suppliers and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws.
User-generated content (project descriptions, feedback, comments) remains the intellectual property of the respective users. By submitting content to Ignitae, users grant a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute their content within the platform.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Huelva, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
